In late 2016, we successfully won the pitch to market and design the launch campaign for a revolutionary fuel and service application developed by RocketRoute and international aviation file supplier, Air BP, aimed at the general aviation market.

We successfully won the pitch to market and design the launch campaign for a revolutionary fuel and service application developed by RocketRoute and international aviation file supplier, Air BP, aimed at the general aviation market.

The application was first launched onto the market as RocketRoute Fuel between October and January 2016 and we activated this campaign across digital media including email marketing, retargeting and social media, as well as through offline POS and direct mailers. Our service offering also included media buying, SMS marketing, consultancy, content and copywriting, as well as data segmentation.

During this period we created a number of proactive emails, incentive offers, reactive automated workflows, as well as numerous landing pages to reflect the offering of the app and service to pre-existing RocketRoute and Air BP customers, to encourage sign up as well as order through the system. In the first three months we targeted a segmented audience of customers totalling 11,668 and from our marketing activity saw, on average a 15.7% registration rate and on average, 8.21% of those registered users were actively placing fuel orders through the application.

In the following year, RocketRoute Fuel expanded its offering and altered its name to RocketRoute MarketPlace, offering fuelling and general aviation services (handling, hotels, car hire). We helped to launch this new application onto both a general aviation user market, as well as help market the offering to potential providers using content, copywriting, email marketing, .

Over the period of a month, we had increased sign ups for RocketRoute MarketPlace to 3,499 and were actively marketing to over 1,500 potential partners. We continued to provide POS design, print and fulfilment to airports across the world.
